About the Role

Good Law Project is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will design and lead performance marketing strategies, spanning paid media (including paid social), influencers, CRM, SEO, and emerging platforms, to ensure Good Law Project’s substantial segmented mailing list, growing social followings, founder channels and new audiences are leveraged for impactful acquisition and meaningful retention.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in performance marketing or digital advertising with acquisition + retention KPIs at a level in line with the requirements of the role
  • Hands-on paid campaign management across major platforms
  • CRM/email marketing with large audience segmentation
  • Expertise in CRO, A/B testing, SEO, analytics (GA4)
  • Excellent data-driven communication & cross-team working
