In 2024 the Ministry of Defence launched a compensation scheme for veterans dismissed under the historic ban on homosexuality in the armed forces. But the scheme doesn’t treat people who were forced to resign in the same way as people who were dismissed. Everyone deserves justice, so we’re supporting two veterans to take legal action against the Ministry of Defence.
