Campaign overview

A peaceful climate protest put Gaie Delap under a curfew. But when the prison service said that they couldn’t find an electronic tag that fitted, they recalled her to prison, where she spent Christmas and her 79th birthday.

Last year, we helped her get back home. Now we’re supporting her as she sues the Ministry of Justice for unlawful detention. It’s time to expose the systemic failures putting protesters behind bars.
