All items are made to order almost instantly when you buy them. To remain sustainable and avoid unnecessary waste, we can’t accept exchanges unless there’s a fault.

We can currently only send orders within the UK.
Teemill aims to print and ship orders within 72 hours. Since the factory team operates Monday to Friday, orders placed over the weekend may take slightly longer to begin processing.
Delivery times depend on your location.
Deliveries usually arrive between four and eight working days after an order is shipped.
When you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes an estimated delivery date.

In some cases, where Teemill doesn’t have all of the stock for an order in any one factory, they will split the order across multiple deliveries.
Similarly, if your order includes items where we use different suppliers for fulfilment, e.g. a T-Shirt and a book, the order will be split across multiple deliveries.
