The Supreme Court’s inexplicable decision to embrace social policy making and to tear up decades of equality law denies the reality of trans existence and doesn’t make anyone safer, cis or trans.

We’re already seeing the impact on day to day life in the trans community – a community that has been hung out to dry by a Labour government. So we want to make sure that the thousands of people whose lives have been upended are not silenced.

If the Supreme Court’s judgment has affected you or your loved ones, fill out our secure form.

We can’t promise to take on every case, but we will consider them all and make sure you are not forgotten.
