A democratic Brexit or no Brexit

There was no small print on the ballot paper. The electorate voted for a Brexit – but not for any particular kind.

We voted without knowing what Leaving meant. And we can’t know until the negotiations are done.

And we voted in a much more stable world than the one that now exists.

For all of these reasons we think Parliament must have the final say on whether we Brexit and – if we do – on what terms.

What is the GLP doing?
