Rupert Murdoch’s TalkTV is breaking broadcasting law with a torrent of transphobic hate and misinformation. But when more than 21,000 people complained to Ofcom about 11 programmes broadcasting transphobia, the regulator only opened an investigation into one. So we’re suing Ofcom for failing to do its job, because even channels backed by rightwing billionaires must follow the rules.
