Campaign overview
After years of radical, groundbreaking work supporting thousands of troubled and vulnerable young people, allegations of financial mismanagement and sexual impropriety shut down Kids Company in 2015. A damning Charity Commission report followed. Even though the High Court ruled that the allegations were completely unfounded, the damage was already done. We’re supporting a judicial review, to overturn the Charity Commission’s report, and fully restore the reputation of Kids Company.

In the lead up to the judicial review of the 2022 Charity Commission report on Kids Company, below we publish an open letter signed by 54 academics, child protection experts, psychotherapists, researchers and many others, seeking justice and accountability.
