The Government commissioned studies into the economic impacts of Brexit for different sectors of the economy but refused to show those studies to Parliament – or the public.

Case overview

Along with Molly Scott Cato MEP, we brought a case to force the Government to produce those materials. As the case was proceeding through the Courts the Government voluntarily released the papers and so the action became academic.
