Joanna and Jo will discuss her new book, Radically Legal: Berlin Constitutes the Future, in which she tells the story of a grassroots movement that convinced a million Berliners to pop the speculative housing bubble. They’ll also discuss how the law can be used as a tool and the potential of legal politics as a means of strengthening our democracies and reviving the rule of law.
