Good Law Project and Good Law Practice are delighted to announce the hiring of the nationally renowned protest lawyer, Lochlinn Parker. Lochlinn’s timely arrival strengths our commitment to tackling the growing abuse of state power to suppress political dissent.
And, as underspending takes its toll on the NHS and welfare, Lochlinn’s lengthy experience of inquests involving the state will enable Good Law Project and Good Law Practice to support bereaved families to highlight the profound human costs of decimated public services.
Lochlinn will replace Jamie Potter as Director of Good Law Practice who, after a hugely successful career in the law, is pursuing a new career as a maths teacher. We are grateful to Jamie for spending his final year in the law helping to establish Good Law Practice as one of the country’s first not for profit law firms and wish him well in his new career. Helen Fry and Sahil Kher are promoted to Counsel.
Good Law Project only exists thanks to donations from people across the UK. If you’re in a position to support our work, you can do so here.
