I stand with trans people

Trans rights are under attack in the UK. It’s a vicious assault from people who are trying to make the trans community disappear, cutting off their access to work, sport, bathrooms, life-saving healthcare and their human rights.

But there’s many, many more of us standing arm in arm with trans people, and ready to fight. And July is a pivotal moment. Up and down the country, hundreds of thousands of people are marching for trans rights, choosing joy, choosing solidarity, choosing to defend the rights trans people have relied on for years.

As Andy Burnham takes power, there’s a chance to make his government change course. We must make our voices heard. We must demand that this new government protects trans rights… So we need to show them how many we actually are.
