We are collecting data for a survey to better understand your political outlook, your priorities for 2024, and your hopes for Good Law Project.

What data do we collect?

Your personal information including name, special category data like political opinions, and your views on the important issues affecting the UK in 2024.

How do we use your information?

We may use this information to:

  • Share your views or selected quotes from your answers  (with your first name/initials) directly on our website, on our social media channels, such as Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok, and in future emails to our supporters.
  • We may share this information in future with media or other third parties.

Who provides us with this information and when?

We collect your data from an online survey we emailed to supporters who have given consent to receive email updates from Good Law Project.

What is our lawful basis?

When processing your data, we rely on your consent. To process special category data, such as political opinions, we also rely on Article 9(2)(d). This means that we are processing data to inform our work and allow us to develop and run impactful legal campaigns that are aligned with our supporters’ priorities.

For how long do we keep your data?

We will keep your data for 6 years from the date you fill out this survey.
