View our privacy policyThe Covid-19 pandemic has placed unprecedented demands on workers in both the public and private sector, some of which may require them to compromise their own personal safety. Yet there are reports that many people on the frontline are being discouraged from voicing concerns.
It is vital that individuals are able to speak out. The Good Law Project has commissioned legal advice on the protections available to whistleblowers. The full advice includes case studies that examine the protections available to NHS managers concerned about a lack of PPE, warehouse staff working in unsafe conditions, and scientific advisor to Government.
The full legal opinion, by employment barristers Schona Jolly QC and Dee Masters, can be read here.
The Good Law Project wants to support those who wish to speak out. Please get in touch in touch with us in confidence at info@goodlawproject.org.
