GLP back in the Court of Appeal over SSPs challenge: materials

The Good Law Project is back in the Court of Appeal on Friday (10 May). We were granted an expedited hearing of our application for permission to judicially review the Government’s serious shortage protocols power to deal with medicine shortages in the event of a No Deal Brexit.

Here is our Skeleton Argument for Friday. At the time of writing we have not received a Skeleton Argument from the Secretary of State.
