Update: We have requested for the case to be expedited

On the 1st of July Good Law Project and the Secretary of State for BEIS filed our position statements (available here) with the court. We believe that this case needs to be heard in the courts imminently and we have requested for the case to be expedited. 

Good Law Project has written to the court to express our concerns over these policies continuing to run in contravention of our net-zero target and legal obligations under the Paris Agreement. The litigation is being crowdfunded. If you are able to, you can donate here.
