    35 per week over 5 days

    Contract Type

    This is a 3 year fixed term contract after completion of 3 month probationary period with potential for extension or a permanent contract subject to performance and impact. The role is advertised as full time but we would be willing to consider flexible options including part time hours

    Location

    Hybrid working with office in central London and options for flexibility to work from home. If based in London, the postholder will be expected to attend our London office regularly (minimum of 2 days per week)

About the Role

Reporting to the Legal Director, we are looking for someone to join Good Law Project’s legal team to help us expand into technology and data governance. This role is external facing.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who cares deeply about the good governance of existing and emerging technologies and responsible data use and is excited by the opportunity to help Good Law Project make a real difference in this area. 
  • Someone who is an expert in the area with a existing and strong professional network.
  • Someone proactive, with a sense of adventure and who feels comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Someone with the ability – working with external lawyers and supported by colleagues – to identify, develop and run strategic litigation as well as use the law in other ways to make a positive impact.
