Good Law Project is supporting Coal Action Network and the local residents they work with living in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, to end the illegal extraction of coal at the Ffos-y-Fran open-cast coal mine.

We have already challenged the illegal extraction of coal in Ffos-y-fran in south Wales. Good Law Project will maintain a close eye on the mining industry, so that local communities are protected from the devastating health impacts of coal extraction, and so that we are all protected from coal’s devastating climate impacts. Let’s keep coal in the ground!
