Lawyers acting for Good Law Project have today written to the Information Commissioner’s Office asking it to refer the Department of Health and Social Care to the High Court for potential contempt of court proceedings after the DHSC, once again, failed to release Matt Hancock’s WhatsApp messages.

Last month, we shared the news that the High Court had rejected our attempt to challenge the extreme delays faced by the trans community when trying to access healthcare from NHS England.
Tomorrow we will be in court for a hearing where it will be decided if we can push forward with our case against the Metropolitan Police’s handling of the Partygate investigation. The decision about whether our legal challenge will be heard in full in the High Court may be made that same day.
